M5 - Construction Management + Systems Performance
This Module: M5 Construction Management + Systems Performance will introduce you to a number of important steps taken in the transition from design to construction to occupancy. The Lessons provided cover a range of topics which provide a deeper understanding of the construction systems presented in previous Modules.
The Module is organized around three main Topics each with a series of recorded Lessons. The module includes exercises to reinforce the Topics’ material through design applications. There is also a short review quiz covering material from the Module Lessons.
M5.0 Building Electrification: Lessons which introduce the emerging topic of building electrification as a means to reduce the reliance of fossil fuels to provide energy to building systems.
M5.1 An Introduction to Specifications + the CSI Specification System: Lessons which introduce the broad role that construction specifications play in shaping the design and guiding the construction a building project.
