M2 - CONSTRUCTION SYSTEMS

This Module: M1 Construction Systems will introduce you to a range of strategies, materials and methods of design and analysis for evaluating structural systems and integrating them within the design of your studio projects.

M2.1 Systems Selection: These Lessons introduce the broad range of topics related to the evaluation and selection of various structural systems including material opportunities, performance and sustainable sourcing and practices.

M2.2 Structural Framing: These Lessons introduce how to organize and integrate a building structural system (or a hybrid of systems) with the development of building space in plan, section and 3D conceptualization. Lessons will provide you with the means to confidently calculate structural members for closer integration with your spatial design ambitions.
