Lesson 5.3.3 provides an overview about the Life Cycle Cost LCC calculation and the Life Cycle Assessment LCA calculation. The calculation methods are using the initial cost and emissions for the building constructions. The cost and emissions for building operations are added to the initial values. Both calculation methods are used in building projects to convince the client or building owner of long time investments.
